The Korea Racing Authority also stated that it will continue to make efforts to engage in ongoing dialogue with local residents during the pilot operation period. First, he emphasized active participation in mediation through the Korea Conflict Resolution Center, designated by the National Unity Committee, and made it clear that he would continue direct dialogue with local residents by holding meetings with the opposition committee and holding project briefings for local inhabitants. The Korea Racing Authority also plans to ensure objectivity in its efforts to diversify communication channels and in the evaluation of the pilot operation.

In the end, although the Western District Court issued a settlement recommendation urging both parties to reach an agreement, the court is expected to rule in favor of the Korea Racing Authority in early July of a provisional injunction seeking to prohibit nine individuals, including Jung Bang (44, female), co-representative of the 'Yongsan Virtual Horse Racing Gambling Ban Committee,' from approaching buildings near the racetrack, after the opposition committee declared its refusal, demanding a fine of 1 million won.Meanwhile, the Western District Court made it clear that the legality of the opening of the Yongsan off-track betting facility should be determined through a subsequent administrative lawsuit.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs stated, "A portion of the revenue generated from horse racing is being allocated to the Livestock Development Fund under Article 42 of the Korea Racing Authority Act, supporting the agriculture and rural sectors, including funding for the horse industry, scholarships, and welfare projects." It added, "This year, 159.4 billion won has been contributed to the Livestock Development Fund, with 17.2 billion won for horse industry development, 15.3 billion won for scholarships in rural areas, 7.6 billion won for rural welfare projects, and 6 billion won for promotional projects to boost the consumption of agricultural and livestock products."

We have already built a training center on the association’s current site, but we plan to secure another site to establish a venue for funeral education. After visiting the UK’s funeral site myself, I felt that we should follow the British system. The British-style system operates in a semi-dedicated, semi-educational manner. The existing funeral directors recommend the newly recruited candidates to the funeral school for theoretical training. At Jangje School, a six-week theoretical course is conducted.

Once we finish the exams this year, it will all be over, including our association. And young people who truly want to learn jangje will be able to obtain the qualification one after another. The best structure is a pyramid with the most senior chief mourner, who has over 30 years of experience, at the top, while the current system is reversed. This is because younger members have only one certification, while senior members have four to five. Since it's a national qualification system, it must be continuously improved.

Since the association’s funeral directors travel across the country for work, their approach may differ somewhat from that of other associations. Although there is an executive director, they cannot work full-time because they must support themselves as an active funeral director.I went to the JRA Funeral Education Center in Japan in 1997 for a funeral training course. I was being trained by a local funeral expert, and the doctor asked me, "Why do Korean funeral directors ask the same questions every time they come for training

The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs stated, "The Korea Racing Authority prepared measures to address complaints last year and explained them multiple times to local residents, and opened a pilot off-track betting facility in Yongsan on the 28th of last month. Of the 18 floors, 6 will be operated as a multi-purpose cultural and leisure center, reducing the capacity from 2,718 to → 1,500. During the pilot opening, only 3 floors (with a capacity of 400 people) will be open, and a reserved seating system will be implemented to limit the number of visitors to the designated capacity." He added, “As the conflict resurfaced after the trial opening, I instructed the Korea Racing Authority to implement extraordinary measures to resolve the complaints, and we plan to strengthen guidance and supervision going forward.”

At that moment, they received a request to set up a jangje booth next to the venue of a horseback riding competition in Gyeonggi Province to help boost the event’s atmosphere. Since I couldn't conduct the funeral indoors, I was asked to assist outside the KINTEX site, and I gladly agreed. It seems there was a slight problem along the way. Since our association actively cooperated with the Jangje Championship organized by the Korea Racing Authority last year, we expected them to participate in our event as well,

The committee left it to its discretion to thoroughly diagnose the issues identified after the pilot operation ended and to consider whether to take drastic measures, such as closing the project, if complaints continue to be raised.KRA Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan said, "The KRA plans to accept the court's settlement recommendation," adding, "We will do our best to break away from outdated practices through the pilot operation of the Yongsan off-track betting facility and use it as a milestone for innovation." Regarding efforts to resolve the conflict with the opposition committee, he said, "Restoring mutual trust with the opposition committee is the top priority," adding, "We will do our utmost to ensure that the Korea Racing Authority's sincerity is conveyed by approaching dialogue with an open mind and patience."

However, we operated it among ourselves without receiving a nonprofit corporation license. In fact, I should have prepared all the necessary documents and obtained the license first, but after the Horse Industry Promotion Act passed, I felt I had to hurry, so I received the license the year after it was enacted.Since our association is a non-profit organization under the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, we submit reports every year. Until last year, we did not request support from the association, but this year we requested support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry for the first time.

You have to give the horse attention and love. Actually, it's more fun to raise them than to ride horses. If you give love, they become closer than a friend. In words, they are pets and companion animals closest to people. There was a time when I used to play music every morning to wake the horses up. A true horseman should know that, instead of overworking his horse to death, it is important to ride by observing the horse’s breathing and then his own. Before horseback riding, I talk and walk with the horse for about 30 minutes.

Some of the supported horses are not suitable for beginners, but they are paying special attention to them, including reassigning them. The book also did not overlook the exercise benefits and functions of horseback riding. He emphasized that although many people regard horseback riding as a high-end sport, calling it "the best exercise for physical and mental health," it should become more accessible. When he visited Italy, he was impressed by the well-equipped stallion facilities at a private riding club and by members riding for their own exercise without dropping off midway.

Even on the afternoon of Saturday, February 25, when I covered Haman County Equestrian Park, Mr. Gu was once again showing off his enduring vigor, riding a horse without fail. At first, I just thought he was an elderly man who had been riding for a long time, but my perception soon changed. After dismounting, he gave carrots and sugar he had brought from home to the horse on the stirrup and said, "We were talking."Jo Gyeong-je, director of Haman County Equestrian Park, who was watching,

In fact, considering the fabric and production process, the price should have gone up, but as someone in the equestrian fashion business, I wondered why I had to follow traditional conventions. Therefore, they worked hard on pricing so that first-time riders would feel it was reasonable when purchasing the clothes. Given the current pricing policy, we may incur losses at first, but over time, I think all equestrians will come to favor Penakova. So I set it at 50% of the original price. Penacova is sold at the same price at all dealerships and approaches consumers with reasonable pricing.

Japanese equestrians do not avoid wearing high-quality European riding gear, but they shop reasonably. Regular riders seem to care more about how it feels or what it functions when they wear it rather than the brand. It was more effective for promoting Penakova to people to have played a few months in Japan than to have played diligently in Korea for four years. It seems that domestic athletes are only now showing interest in Penakova’s equestrian uniform after seeing that Japanese competitors at the European competition wore it. This is a disappointing aspect.

The Korea Racing Authority stated that while accepting the court's decision, it will make additional efforts to address concerns raised by the opposition committee regarding infringement on the right to learn by operating only during the school vacation period on Friday and actively participating in mediation through the Korea Conflict Resolution Center. However, the opposition committee maintains that it cannot accept the court's decision. In an email sent to reporters on the evening of the 15th, the opposition committee stated, "We will not accept any recommendation that includes recognition of the Korea Racing Authority's pilot opening, regardless of its content."

By chance, that athlete went on to win the dressage event at the All-Japan Championships, making him widely known in the Japanese equestrian world. She became even more well-known because she never missed first place in dressage and consistently achieved excellent results. Then, through an agency specializing in equestrian apparel, we received an offer, and recently our brand was officially launched in a shop inside a craneside riding stable in Japan. It is bittersweet, as I am grateful that Japanese equestrian athletes are being recognized

While promoting the horse industry itself is important, fashion companies could also raise awareness by first showcasing equestrian apparel and fashion. Just as people who don’t play golf wear golf wear or people who don’t hike wear hiking clothes, riding wear can also be enjoyed as everyday clothing by the general public. Just as someone who doesn’t hike might start thinking about going to the mountains after wearing hiking clothes, someone who doesn’t ride may feel like trying horseback riding after seeing themselves in riding gear.

My body felt lighter now. It is beneficial not only for men, but for people of all ages and genders. But you have to ride safely. A person who has only just learned to speak and can barely walk should not suddenly start running and jumping. In that case, it would obviously be a problem. However, once you know how to handle the horse and develop riding ability, and can maintain a safe pace, horseback riding is a sport you can enjoy not in your 60s or 70s, but even in your 80s. Looking at examples abroad, older people also enjoy horseback riding.

Looking back now, it really is as ridiculous as they said. Since I thought that way too in the past, it's only natural that most people who don't know are thinking the same. But it is safe to ride. And the way various media outlets report on the issue also seems to play a part. This is because the media tends to portray the company in a negative light rather than highlighting its strengths. Most of the reports are negative, such as news of horses falling off horses or horses running across roads after escaping from the ranch.

After establishing Penacoba Korea, I learned about the Sejong Equestrian CEO Course, and during the process, they reached out for help, saying they wanted to wear equestrian fashion wear and hold a fashion show at the graduation ceremony. Through that connection, I sponsored the event, and when I visited to say hello at the next freshman entrance ceremony, I saw that I was listed among the new students. It was something Executive Director Park had applied for in advance. That’s how I officially began horseback riding.
