Meanwhile, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs stated, "A portion of the revenue generated from horse racing is being allocated to the Livestock Development Fund under Article 42 of the Korea Racing Authority Act, supporting the agriculture and rural sectors, including funding for the horse industry, scholarships, and welfare projects." It added, "This year, 159.4 billion won has been contributed to the Livestock Development Fund, with 17.2 billion won for horse industry development, 15.3 billion won for scholarships in rural areas, 7.6 billion won for rural welfare projects, and 6 billion won for promotional projects to boost the consumption of agricultural and livestock products."

Looking back now, it really is as ridiculous as they said. Since I thought that way too in the past, it's only natural that most people who don't know are thinking the same. But it is safe to ride. And the way various media outlets report on the issue also seems to play a part. This is because the media tends to portray the company in a negative light rather than highlighting its strengths. Most of the reports are negative, such as news of horses falling off horses or horses running across roads after escaping from the ranch.

After establishing Penacoba Korea, I learned about the Sejong Equestrian CEO Course, and during the process, they reached out for help, saying they wanted to wear equestrian fashion wear and hold a fashion show at the graduation ceremony. Through that connection, I sponsored the event, and when I visited to say hello at the next freshman entrance ceremony, I saw that I was listed among the new students. It was something Executive Director Park had applied for in advance. That’s how I officially began horseback riding.

The Korea Racing Authority also stated that it will continue to make efforts to engage in ongoing dialogue with local residents during the pilot operation period. First, he emphasized active participation in mediation through the Korea Conflict Resolution Center, designated by the National Unity Committee, and made it clear that he would continue direct dialogue with local residents by holding meetings with the opposition committee and holding project briefings for local inhabitants. The Korea Racing Authority also plans to ensure objectivity in its efforts to diversify communication channels and in the evaluation of the pilot operation.

Kim Moon-young, CEO of Racing Media and a presenter, pointed out the need for a complete overhaul of the current system by comparing the racing systems of Seoul and Pukyong, and argued that horse racing competitions should be improved to systems tailored to the characteristics of each individual horse. Regarding prize money distribution, he said it should remain faithful to the fundamental nature of horse racing—the determination of winning and losing—but argued that this forces the sacrifice of owners, and for the development of the horse racing industry, the profit-generating portion should gradually increase. In conclusion, CEO Kim said that the biggest difference between the Seoul and Pukyong systems can be summarized as stable operation and unlimited competition, and argued that the only solution to the various conflicts between Seoul and Pukyong is to unify all implementation systems.

He and Executive Director Park had known each other since they were running their own businesses. Executive Director Park worked in the fur and leather sector, while I was engaged in the transportation business. Since we also handled a lot of fashion-related transportation, we got to know each other well. As various difficulties arose while each of us was on our own path, we wanted to work together and accomplish something. So in August 2015, the idea emerged to create a horseback riding brand focused entirely

Just as Park Se-ri paved the way for domestic golfers when they couldn't reach the world stage, and Park Chan-ho opened the door for Korean baseball players to enter the Major Leagues, there is a sense that 'Triple Nine' has played at least a part in that. I hope a second and third 'Triple Nine' will emerge in the future.Choi Byung-bu and his wife undertook a long-distance journey of about 10 hours four times each, from the Dubai World Cup Carnival to the Dubai World Cup, to watch a total of four tournaments featuring 'Triple Nine.'

At the final hearing on July 15, the 21st Civil Division of the Western District Court (Presiding Judge Hwang Yoon-gu) stated, “Rather than deciding immediately on whether to grant the injunction, it is deemed necessary for both parties to take a cooling-off period,” and recommended a settlement, saying, “The respondents should allow the Korea Racing Authority to conduct a trial operation of the racetrack by the end of October and discuss the matter again afterward.”A settlement recommendation is a procedure in which the court, when the parties to a dispute cannot reach an agreement, proactively urges both sides to come to a settlement before making a judgment. The parties may file an objection with the court within two weeks of receiving the decision. If either party files an objection, the court will decide whether to grant the provisional injunction.

Even on the day of the interview, Choi Byung-bu showed his special affection by personally checking on 'Triple Nine’s' safety. A corner of Chairman Choi Byung-bu’s office filled with horse-related plaques.I’m considering about four domestic races for this year. There are about four events: the Busan Mayor’s Cup in July, the Korea Cup in September, the President’s Cup, and the Grand Prix. I'm also considering letting him run a regular workout session in the middle. There may be many reasons why Triple9 has come this far, including good management,

Compared to our hotel, the Dubai hotel is truly hotel-grade. First, the horse stable area is large, and each one is equipped with air conditioning. And everything is pleasant. Next to it is a grassland for exercise; the grassland attached to the village of Masah, where eight dogs live, is only about one thousand pyeong. This is something we cannot imagine. It's true that this is possible because Dubai is a wealthy country. Even if it doesn't reach that point, the current aging of the massage system also needs to be addressed first. Horses can improve their ability only when they are comfortable.

Students from Seongsim Girls' Middle and High School also participated in the press conference and presented an appeal. In their appeal, the student council of Seongsim Girls' Middle School expressed concern, saying, "Looking out the classroom window, one can see the massive building of a gambling den," and warned that "horse racers from across the country will flock here, forced to learn a get-rich-quick mentality and materialism that destroys their lives." They also appealed to President Park Geun Hye, a graduate of Seongsim Girls' Middle and High School, saying, "Your help is desperately needed," and requested, "Please assist in repurposing this building into a library and cultural center for the youth who will carry the future."

Yoshida Ma-ju shows me videos and brags about how much she boasts to me. Even though we won when we faced each other. Honestly, from an objective standpoint, the difference with Japan is indeed significant. The difference was clear just by looking at the number of equestrian officials who visited Dubai. There were only about ten horse racing officials from Korea in total, but in Japan, there were 30 to 40 journalists, and including staff, it seemed to be around 100.Last Sunday, a plaque of appreciation ceremony for the Dubai World Cup was held at LetsRun Park Pukyong.

Our team, 'Triple Nine,' had played in the rain and on wet sand before, so we thought that if the rain continued, we would have the advantage. But it stopped raining on the morning of the race, and it didn't rain when I actually started running.I met Yoshida Mazu of Japan in Dubai. It is the face of the famous Japanese phrase “nani.” We faced off in Super Saturday, and 'Triple Nine' finished fifth while 'Nani' came in sixth, so we won. At the venue, Ambassador Park Kang-ho and his wife joked, “Still, Japan won.

Domestic horses, including 'Triple Nine,' usually raced in Korea at intervals of five to six weeks. But in Dubai, he played every 20 days on average, a shorter interval. I raced four times over three months: January 19, February 9, March 5, and March 25. Because it was such a nice-sounding phrase, it didn't show on the surface, but I couldn't help thinking that I might have been drained of energy. Looking back, I can’t shake the thought that if they hadn’t played twice in the Dubai World Cup Carnival, they might have finished first or second instead of fourth in Super Saturday.

Whenever my horse runs in a regular race, I drop everything and head to the racetrack. In fact, doing a 9 to 10-hour long flight at a relatively young age is no easy task. However, I think it is the owner's duty to be there when their horse is galloping. And there are also things I must see. I'm not exactly free, but I think it ultimately depends on one's determination.Looking back now, I can’t help but feel regret that I only got to play one match at the Dubai World Cup Carnival. We finished second, just a hair’s breadth behind first in the inaugural Carnival race,

Following a poor performance in October, his results in November were also disappointing, so he spent two months resting. Perhaps because of that experience, participating in an international competition was not entirely welcome, and I felt a sudden reluctance to take part. So I asked which horses would be competing in Korea, and they said 'Power Blade,' 'Mainstay,' 'Different Dimension,' and 'Seoul Bullet' would be participating. Since 'Triple Nine' was selected as the national representative horse for two consecutive years, I felt I had to participate, so I agreed to enter.

Being selected as the Horse of the Year for two consecutive years, the mark “Triple Nine,” a horse representing Korea, has shown on the world’s premier stage what the capabilities of domestic horses can reach and revealed the current standing of Korean horse racing. It can also be said that he presented the direction and challenges for the future of domestic horse racing. How many of our horses participated in the Singapore horse racing event last July. The phrase “triple five” was mentioned in my words, but after competing, the results were not good.

Triple Nine, selected as Korea’s representative horse for two consecutive years, made history in Korean horse racing by becoming the first domestic horse to step onto the dream stage of the Dubai World Cup final. Although he finished 11th out of 13 in the final race, Godolphin Mile, leaving some regrets, he is regarded as having demonstrated a significant step forward for Korean horse racing. And owner Choi Byung-bu kept his promise to horse racing fans by sending Triple Nine to the final round.

Now, the number of Lions Club members has grown and there are more districts, but back then, not just anyone could become a member. I was the youngest member to join, and through active participation, I even received a commendation from the president of the Lions Club of America.I don't remember the exact year, but I was sent by the Lions Club to volunteer on an island called 'Ijakdo' in Incheon. Since it was a school on an island, supplies were much scarcer than on the mainland. When I asked the islanders, they said that instruments like a pump organ were needed for the school.

In June, about 20 funeral directors affiliated with the association are scheduled to attend a funeral conference in Japan, and an MOU will also be signed with the Japan Funeral Directors Association. They say they’re excited because about 20 people from Korea are coming from Japan as well.Based on this, juniors will participate in domestic and international funeral competitions and place. The association’s ultimate goal is to make their name known so that they can scout domestic funeral directors from abroad. Since Koreans are known for their excellent manual dexterity,

We have already built a training center on the association’s current site, but we plan to secure another site to establish a venue for funeral education. After visiting the UK’s funeral site myself, I felt that we should follow the British system. The British-style system operates in a semi-dedicated, semi-educational manner. The existing funeral directors recommend the newly recruited candidates to the funeral school for theoretical training. At Jangje School, a six-week theoretical course is conducted.

The Korea Racing Authority stated that while accepting the court's decision, it will make additional efforts to address concerns raised by the opposition committee regarding infringement on the right to learn by operating only during the school vacation period on Friday and actively participating in mediation through the Korea Conflict Resolution Center. However, the opposition committee maintains that it cannot accept the court's decision. In an email sent to reporters on the evening of the 15th, the opposition committee stated, "We will not accept any recommendation that includes recognition of the Korea Racing Authority's pilot opening, regardless of its content."

Once we finish the exams this year, it will all be over, including our association. And young people who truly want to learn jangje will be able to obtain the qualification one after another. The best structure is a pyramid with the most senior chief mourner, who has over 30 years of experience, at the top, while the current system is reversed. This is because younger members have only one certification, while senior members have four to five. Since it's a national qualification system, it must be continuously improved.
