Unfortunately, public opinion was formed and discussions were held that the employment insecurity, excessive competition systems, and poor working conditions of horse racing workers triggered by the death of two horse racing managers in Pukyong, should be improved. In the process, the managers of Seoul were driven by the dichotomy logic that because employment is stable and competitiveness is low, they work less and take more salaries. The history of Seoul and Pukyong is different, and the working experience and average age of horse racing workers are not discussed at all, and the media reported the logic of the horse racing society that Seoul is high cost, low efficiency, and Pukyong is low cost and high efficiency, and thanks to this, horse racing officials and even some horse racing fans are driving public opinion to pigs who distributed Seoul with the same logic.
