His horse was in good condition, and we began serious training on Tuesday to build our rhythm. I’m very happy to have won, and if there are any races in Korea while I’m active in Japan, I’d like to come and say hello. At the end of last year, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs completed a study on “Measures to Revitalize Off-Track Betting Venues,” which included 15 key tasks for their stabilization, among them the introduction of an online betting system. The online betting system, introduced in Korea in 2005, was enacted to meet the demands of customers seeking online transactions amid the rapid spread of IT technology, to bring users of illegal internet horse racing ticket purchasing agencies into the regulatory framework, and to contribute to the sound development and popularization of horse racing by providing real-name ticket-purchasing services.

His father is registered as a foreigner in Korea and wants to contribute to the development of Korean horse racing by introducing training facilities and technologies to Jeju. I want to bring today’s joy to Japan and fully enjoy it there as well. With the announcement of the designation of the horse industry special zone, the local governments are in a celebratory mood. This is because, from the perspective of local governments actively promoting horse industry-related projects, government support is now guaranteed, enabling them to advance these initiatives more vigorously.I watched the race with a pounding heart. Since jockey Fujii had a lot of experience in Korea, I heard many things and prepared for the race dynamics.

They lack the knowledge and experience in personnel management and government policies necessary to run a ranch. I thought I knew a lot of words and had studied them well, but once I actually practiced speaking, it turned out to be different. I had dreamed of a life of running and playing with horses, living at ease. However, the reality is that there is much to do beyond horse management, including pasture and facility maintenance and government support, which makes it challenging. At present, I am receiving help from my father and others with extensive experience in the field of horses.

Horseback riding is now politicized because of a series of events. In a way, the equestrians who have worked quietly until now may be victims of the Choi Soon-sil scandal. I hope Daemyung Group's 'Mayon Eohos' will be a competition that all equestrians and the public can participate in and enjoy. I also ask for your support and encouragement regarding these matters, whether from the government or the sports council.Daimyeong Group, which spares no investment in equestrian sports, is undeniably playing a leading role in the development of equestrianism in Korea.

Therefore, as long as the legal basis is in place, it is unlikely to be difficult to reintroduce online betting.A Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs official said, "The need for the revival of online betting has been raised for a long time. Online betting can change the negative image of the previously crowded downtown off-track betting centers. It was stated that, furthermore, securing the competitiveness of legal horse racing can help reduce the harms caused by illegal private horse racing. The Korea Racing Authority is also making great efforts to resume online betting. In 2013, the Korea Racing Authority proposed to the National Assembly that the law be amended to allow betting tickets to be purchased online.

It is unfortunate that horseback riding is viewed negatively because of that.Mayon Eohos is continuously evolving, and its future will also play a role in popularizing horseback riding. I am confident about that as well. However, I don't know how long it will take. The 'Mayon Eohos' initiative that the Daemyung Group hopes to achieve is to advance to CSI5, creating an environment where foreign athletes can bring their horses directly to Korea and compete in official equestrian competitions alongside existing horses. Furthermore, as a member of the equestrian community,

Over the past five years, we have launched a horse industry project as a government initiative. As far as I know, it all began between 2011 and 2012; while the first five years were focused on building 500 equestrian venues and training specialized personnel as part of the initial project, the five-year plan for the future development of equestrianism seems to be currently stalled. Therefore, I believe we need to transform the current stranded projects into a virtuous cycle that encompasses the entire market, including the sales market.

Since horses dislike sand splashing, we researched many ways to overcome this issue. I think focusing on managing my condition to minimize the stress from playing away was the key to the victory. I believe Korea can develop quickly because of its strong willingness to learn from advanced horse racing. I would like to visit Korea again if I have the chance. At the preliminary meeting, the trainer said that as long as he let the horse run freely, it could achieve good results. I think focusing on the fast-approaching 'Fly Top Queen' and 'Joy Luckie' led to a good result.

At the time, the Korea Racing Authority proposed that, as illegal horse racing continued to rise, causing massive tax revenue outflow and worsening problems such as gambling addiction, a government-led crackdown was necessary to legalize the underground economy and minimize the social losses caused by gambling. They also highlighted the need to amend the Korea Racing Authority Act to establish a legal foundation for overcoming management crises, such as the decline in horse racing revenue, and to fulfill its role as a dedicated institution for the horse industry. The revisions include expanding the scope of the project, establishing a legal basis for online betting to comply with the full real-name system and purchase limits, and strengthening penalties for misconduct in horse racing.

Last year, it was held on the turf track, and this year it took place at the Sonofelice Equestrian Club. It was partly because I wanted to introduce and showcase Sonopellice Equestrian Club to the public, and also because, last year, the practice grounds and other facilities were inadequate, preventing us from providing the horses with the best possible environment. This year, we played in a dedicated arena so the horses could compete in their best condition. Although it lacked the beauty and style of a grass field, playing in a dedicated venue allowed for focused

As grounds for dismissal, the full bench stated that regarding the violation of the principle of tax equality, "The provision under review grants non-taxable benefits for other income to a certain range of persons, and determining that range falls within the broad discretionary exercise of the legislature. In the case of horse racing, exempting winnings from tax when the payout odds are 100 times or less is a consideration of various factors, including the efficient use of tax administration, the prevention of overtaxation given the special nature of the gambling industry, the mitigation of gambling tendencies through appropriate taxation, and the scale of income tax and national finances; furthermore, the legislature cannot be said to have exceeded its legislative discretion simply because it did not legislate a system that aligns the payout odds with the refund amount in a specific bracket.

However, Daemyung is striving not only to broaden the base of equestrianism but also to stay true to the original spirit of 'Mayon Eohos.' We plan to continue advancing the fusion of sports and culture, unshaken by any external pressures.Kim Hong-chul, former head coach of the national equestrian team, was seen not leaving the venue for the entire three days of the Mayon Eohos/2017 Daemyung Cup CSI3*. Before the obstacle race, he showed his passionate dedication to equestrianism by personally explaining the course to the audience.

Mayon Eohos started with the aim of increasing public interest in equestrianism, a healing sport. In particular, Mayon Eohos has strived to learn from the leading European trends in equestrianism and create a competition that stands shoulder to shoulder with them, which has led to its establishment as the Mayon Eohos we know today. A special venue was set up on natural grass, incorporating cultural content that has captured the public’s interest.Compared to baseball, which has risen to become a leading sport in Korea, the popularization of equestrianism may seem a bit further down the line.

On May 31, the Korea Racing Authority resumed betting sales at LetsRun CCC Yongsan but adopted a 'no-response strategy' toward the opposition rallies and illegal activities at the time. This lack of response from the Korea Racing Authority thwarted efforts by opponents and civic groups to turn the issue into a social concern. The Korea Racing Authority is calling for an objective evaluation, stating that 'Let's Run CCC is evolving beyond a model of tax payments and donations to support underprivileged groups into a community job creation and resident-friendly cultural facility.'A Korea Racing Authority official said, "LetsRun CCC Yongsan is the first project by the Authority to transform itself into a community-friendly multi-leisure space rather than focusing on profitability."It was emphasized that a themed complex cultural space will be created within the building, featuring content that local residents will welcome.
