At the time, the Korea Racing Authority felt somewhat uncomfortable about the establishment of the Korea Owners’ Association, so cooperation was lacking, but thanks to the founding president’s relentless efforts, it was finally created, and I was able to become its seventh president. The past presidents did a great job, but I believe what I must do going forward is unify the association in Busan and Seoul.Above all, the integration of the Maju region is the top priority. There are currently many deficit owners,

The group that had been riding heavily was unstable when putting on the bit, but he rode steadily after training. For a first day, the training went well.In Japan, the World Equestrian Championships held in the United States and the Asian Games held in Jakarta are competed in separate groups. For now, the same rider is scheduled to compete in the comprehensive show jumping. One player has several horses, and here they predict a gold medal. The group of athletes competing in the apparatus events is only at the second-tier level of the national team participating in the World Equestrian Championships,

I don't think there is a single correct answer, so I haven't created a separate manual. In addition, Japanese language experts are reluctant to turn their expertise into a manual. There is concern that once know-how is codified into text, it may be perceived as 'this is the answer,' allowing others to challenge it. Figuratively speaking, a mathematical formula has a fixed answer and a solution, but when it comes to interpreting a novel, there is likely more than one method. It is very diverse, and I believe that anything can be an answer.

However, to transition to equestrian use, it is essential to change to a slower and more stable rhythm, and improving balance is also important in training. There isn’t much difference, but the key goal of the jomasak training is for the horses to find stability and become calmer. The goal of Jomasak is to ensure that horses are not afraid of the person standing in the center, and building trust between horse and handler is important. Leaping out too abruptly is the worst form, while maintaining a steady pace with a stable rhythm is the best.

In the future, I’d like to open a chain store under the name of our equestrian club. As the fresh blood of the horse industry, I will give it my all.Choi Tae-hoon, head of the Yongin Pony Club, expressed his ambition to open a chain of branches bearing the name of his equestrian club. He said there were many hardships and difficulties in the process of growing the pony business from just three horses to 23 within a few years. However, by overcoming difficulties through hands-on effort, they are now generating stable profits and have even received certification for the sixth industry.

My wife had no connection to horses. We met through an introduction, and as we went on dates and hung out, my wife naturally became familiar with him. I bought three horses and we went out on dates a lot, and that’s how we ended up here. While on horseback dates, I gave the kids rides, and seeing them,we both felt good about it; those moments continued. I am grateful to my wife.I hope that by working hard together, we can make a significant contribution to promoting youth equestrianism, and I also aspire to become a role model for youth equestrian clubs across the country.

As a result of the draw, signs of interference through organized collusion were detected in three races, which was deemed fatal to the fairness that is the lifeblood of sports, so those three races were inevitably canceled. In the subsequent registration and application for participation in the second week of February, no such collusive conduct occurred, and the horse racing was conducted as scheduled. The Korea Racing Authority will, with principle and patience, continue to communicate and consult tirelessly and in unity with related organizations through the “Horse Racing Industry Crisis Overcoming Council,” involving all stakeholders, until the day the “Incomplete Life” innovation plan is fully realized.

Our riding center doesn’t receive any student support, but it is running quite well. It was thanks to working hard on my feet. What I felt on the ground is that this is a field with plenty of potential if you work hard.I started the business with just three horses, and now I have 23, including some of medium size. Describe the process of growth from the initial stage to the present. We truly ran with our bodies. There were days I earned 50,000 won, and days I came up empty-handed because it rained. When he burned a lot, he even earned 500,000 won,yet he said he was happy.

While revenue is important, I also believe equestrian operators need to work hard to lower the barriers to equestrianism and reach out to the public.Popularizing horseback riding is the top priority. If horseback riding becomes more widely accessible, many people will visit riding centers, directly boosting their revenue. Structural changes are needed to make horseback riding more accessible. In addition, customer service seems important. In any field, success is difficult without improving customer service.

A Korea Racing Authority official said, "The Gambling Supervision Committee claims that vein collection through the introduction of electronic cards is not personal information and can be conducted without identifying individuals, but the risk of clear personal data leakage is high, and it constitutes a human rights violation by treating horse racing fans as potential gambling addicts." He added, "The committee is pushing the policy for its own gain, and although the chairperson said in January that it would apply to all legal gambling industries without exception, they changed their stance just two weeks later to exclude lotteries, showing a double standard."Chairman Hyun Myung-kwan agrees with the call of the times and the policy goals of promoting the soundness of the gambling industry. However, electronic cards are an unprecedented regulation that assumes all horse racing customers are potential gamblers.

As I was thinking about what to do before graduating from college, I came up with the idea of a children's horseback riding program using ponies. Since I was young, my father ran a farm raising livestock such as deer, pigs, and goats, so I had no hesitation in caring for animals, and horseback riding, which I took as an elective in college, became my connection to the field. Since I was learning horseback riding as well, the instructor even praised me for picking it up faster than my other friends. And by the third time I rode, the instructor even asked if I would like to help him work at the riding stable.

The Korea Racing Authority also said that, to overcome this crisis, it carried out internal reforms over the past year, cutting employee benefits to a level acceptable to the public, focusing on normalizing the abnormal by introducing a merit-based system at the level of private companies such as top-down draft personnel for strengthening competition, and, after painful self-reflection, concluded that “horse racing innovation” was necessary following a desperate reassessment of the horse racing products that had been neglected.Boasting a 93-year history, Korean horse racing is facing an unprecedented crisis as the number of customers has dropped by 42% over the past decade and sales are in a red light, while there is no expansion of off-track betting facilities and regulatory pressure mounts with the full implementation of electronic cards.

TEST008

The committee was originally scheduled to approve the implementation of the electronic card policy, but it reportedly failed to reach a decision as lawmakers raised concerns not only about human rights violations but also about side effects such as a crisis in related industries and a shortage of tax revenue. The SAGAM’s full implementation plan for electronic cards is a legal system requiring that, when using all legal gambling industries—including horse racing, cycle racing, motorboat racing, casinos, lotteries, and sports promotion lottery tickets (Sports Toto) for professional sports—users must load funds onto a card containing their personal information before use.

First time visitors to our equestrian club expressed great satisfaction with the programs and spread the word widely. As word spread among parents, inquiries poured in, and once demand for the riding program reached a certain level, kindergartens and schools began making group inquiries. In addition to word of mouth, promotion through social media and parenting communities also played a role.It seems that the sharing of useful information about childcare and education among parents served as indirect promotion. To meet this interest and anticipation, they also hold events from time to time.

In March 2002, Seong Isidore Hospital reopened as the Seong Isidore Welfare Clinic focused on hospice care, and with the help of supporting members and the support of the Isidore Rural Development Association, it operates at no cost.In 2003, they established a racehorse ranch covering more than 4.9 million square meters, focusing on horse breeding and training, and began the sales industry and owner activities. In 2007, while expanding its massage facilities, he also devoted himself to equine welfare by providing pre-race water training and other services, introducing an advanced horse industry to Korea.

Since taking office as chairman of the Rural Hope Foundation in March, together with the KRA, he is regarded as a key figure to integrate the horse industry with our agriculture, rural areas, and the horse industry due to his special connection to the sector. Europe has a completely different equestrian system from Korea, and as the birthplace of equestrianism, I am active here. Since I was young, I thought I should ride horses well in Korea and eventually make it to Europe.I think they saw how hard I was trying and found it endearing. After finishing my studies, I worked so hard that it was all just talk—so much so that I was only riding a horse in name. After representing Korea at the Incheon Asian Games and going to Europe, I was reminded once again of how far I still have to go. In the process, I think they accepted who I am.

TEST008

To overcome this crisis, the Korea Racing Authority carried out an internal reform over the past year. They cut employee benefits to a level acceptable to the public and focused on normalizing the abnormal by introducing a meritocracy at a private-sector level, such as implementing a top-down draft personnel system to enhance competition. In this way, after painful self-reflection, a desperate reassessment of the neglected horse racing industry is needed for "horse racing innovation." It was a judgment. In a word, horse racing innovation can be described as 'openness, competition, and market expansion.' The goal is to elevate the quality and value of horse racing products and turn the current crisis into an opportunity for a turnaround.

Sometimes, athletes enter competitions with flattering words, achieve excellent results, and then sell those words for a high price. It cannot be said uniformly; it varies greatly. It's like stocks. The horses are bought relatively cheaply as children, raised, and then resold; through this cyclical process, farmers earn a certain level of profit. I understand that if a trained horse becomes a big hit, it can generate even greater profits. Auctions for young horses are held from time to time, and horses circulate, keeping the economy moving.

For the selection, I had to come from Europe to Korea, but since the date was undecided, it was hard to get into shape, so I set the trip date to Korea at a very tentative level this time as well. It wasn't something they could do just tomorrow, and they also had to pass through quarantine. Since you cannot exercise at the quarantine station, sufficient time and a schedule are also necessary.I am truly grateful to CEO Park Yoon-kyung of Steven for all the help. First, they sponsored me through the Steven Equestrian Club, and after hearing my situation, they also helped me through K-Toto.

test008

He also tried to secure sponsorships from Korean companies for his activities in Europe, but it was not easy.Looking at the horses competing in Korea, it is clear that not much has changed from the past. Still, when the domestic equestrian scene was doing well, we would buy horses in Europe and bring in quality ones. However, the horse that ran in the 2014 Asian Games is still running without being rotated. I believe that if companies and others provide support, the conversation will circulate and a better equestrian environment and culture will be created.

Externally, it sought practical benefits based on communication, complementing past policy directions that had been overly confrontational and failed to achieve effectiveness. Although there are still areas to improve, it has achieved remarkable progress for the advancement of horse racing and the strengthening of the owner's status by establishing a 1,200m training track, improving the racing course, implementing a break time system for trainers, upgrading massage facilities, introducing professional racing personnel, and securing the authority to select owners.

test008

Ultimately, the individual horse racing system is the essence and root of horse racing, and it signifies the identity of the horse racing industry. Last year, amid the great turmoil in Korean horse racing, several incidents shook its identity, so reflecting on and reviewing the history of the modernization of horse racing on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the shift to the individual owner system seems very important to all of us.Founded in 1993, the Seoul Owners Association is a prestigious organization of about 500 owners of racehorses and a key driving force behind the horse racing industry.

There are many alternatives, such as limiting the number of users and allowing internet use. He said, "A thorough analysis of the policy's ripple effects must come first."As the Gambling Supervisory Commission pushes for the full implementation of electronic cards, criticism is growing that it is killing the legal gambling industry while fueling illegal gambling.According to the committee's investigation, the scale of illegal gambling, which reached 53 trillion won in 2008, surged to 75 trillion won over four years, increasing by a staggering 22 trillion won, due to excessive regulations on legal businesses such as the implementation of a total sales cap, limits on the number of business locations, adjustments to purchase price caps, and bans on online sales.
