Based on these achievements, the Korea Rehabilitation Horseback Riding Association was established in 2013, and on December 22, 2017, the Korea Rehabilitation Horseback Riding Association received approval from the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs to establish a corporation. The rise of the travel and tourism industries and the various sports attract attention reflect this. With this trend, Gyeonggi-do Province has been supporting horseback riding to be reborn as a "healing leisure sport." Until now, Gyeonggi-do Province has designated Yongin, Hwaseong, and Icheon as special zones for horse industry and has been building infrastructure for the horse industry by supporting horse riding facilities. Last year, the "Youth Equestrian Festival with Family," a festival of horseback riders, was held at the site of the new Gyeonggi-do Office in Gwanggyo, Suwon, which received great response.

Horseback riding and horse racing are the "king of sports," and many people consider service or donation in the rehabilitation horse sector to be the highest level, and the HETI General Assembly is attended by opinion leaders in the horse industry and welfare sector, mainly in advanced countries. First, we will establish a field-oriented and ICT/big data-based livestock quarantine system and lay the foundation for advanced plant pest management. We will make all-out efforts to prevent the spread of highly pathogenic avian influenza, which is currently occurring intermittently in duck farms, and to end it early. We will make preemptive and effective quarantine management possible through scientific epidemiological analysis based on information and communication technology and big data such as the Internet of Things (IoT). To prevent the recurrence of foot-and-mouth disease, we will maintain the positive rate of lean antibodies at more than 70% and try to achieve the goal of cleanliness of foot-and-mouth disease by establishing a site-oriented regular quarantine system.
