Building on the achievements of the previous term, I will accelerate improvements to the horse racing infrastructure and build a stronger Korea Racing Authority that leads the true advancement of horse racing. In addition to promoting projects for the association’s development, they plan to strengthen external activities targeting the government and the National Assembly, with whom they have direct interests, and take the lead in institutional reforms such as resuming online betting and increasing the horse racing return rate to lower the leisure tax.
