Rehabilitation horseback riding needs to be promoted, but there are limitations, which is regrettable. Also, in my view, it is appropriate to introduce health insurance for therapeutic riding. Physical therapy is allowed, and it makes no sense that horseback riding rehabilitation through verbal instruction is not covered by health insurance. While preparing my master’s thesis, I learned for the first time that Italy has health insurance, but it is unfortunate that it is not yet available under our circumstances.

As someone who raises horses and from the perspective of the president of the Producers Association, I would like to offer my congratulations as well as some words of advice.First, in racing media, “media” means mediation or relay. I hope it can serve as a channel that effectively communicates both sides’ perspectives among people and horses, people who know horses and people who do not, people who have ridden horses and people who have not, people who bet on horse racing and people who do not.

In advanced horse industry countries, media related to the horse industry are deeply loved by the public. I expect that racing media will soon stand at the center of that role in our country as well.The Korean Horse Trainers Association also recognizes the importance of horse training and will continue to make every effort to integrate advanced training techniques used in riding horses and racehorses.
