Since the early days of LetsRun Park Busan-Gyeongnam’s opening, I have been active there and began building relationships with horses. Knowing that a horse-related certification system was being implemented under the Horse Industry Promotion Act, I started trying from the first attempt, but I failed every time at the very end.Actually, I was going to give up on the exam this time. Since I kept failing, I felt embarrassed, and the racing officials even asked why I was taking a trainer’s exam. They said that even if you pass the written exam, you would never pass the practical one.

Union Chairman Park Bong-cheol said, "Trained drivers have participated in the additional work and increased working hours following the Ferry Sewol disaster and the Noeul Racing incident, which were unilaterally announced by the Authority, without much complaint. However, the implementation of Chuseok horse racing has traditionally led to a suspension of races. Overtime work requires a collective agreement, but there was no consultation at all. The organizers say it will be a single-day horse racing event, but implementing it requires 2 to 3 weeks of preparation for on-site personnel. It is only natural for the implementing agency to present appropriate compensation plans for additional work. He said, "We will always keep the negotiation channel open and hope that the Korea Racing Authority will engage in discussions for an active resolution."

Does it make sense if Park Tae hwan says he wants to train at the Gwangju Municipal Swimming Pool instead of working out in Seoul, and you say no. That is what the media should be making a fuss about. That's not a problem. I don't think it's a problem for a national team player to say they want to train. When Yoo yeon came, I didn't even provide her with food, brought in a worker, and also brought in Coach Shin 00. I just lent them the barracks in Building 201.The media wrote that the 201 building's barracks were very good, but the worst one is the 201 building.

test008

You know that, right. I even know who Yoo-yeon is. It gets complicated if we're all together, so let's use this to create obstacles. Chairman Hyun Myung kwan must have had a headache too, so he probably didn't think that way. Could someone who passed the civil service exam and even served as chief of staff to Chairman Lee Kun hee not have such a brain. Since even that was a problem and I disconnected, doesn't that mean the money didn't go through. If you hadn't come in,

In its second statement, the Parents’ Coalition for Reviving Public Education warned that it would expose the existence of the residents’ countermeasure committee to the public for its illegal left-wing collusion and also file charges against politicians who use the virtual horse racing track for political gain.Earlier, on August 12, the National Parents’ Association for True Education issued a statement titled “Stop the Operation of Online Gambling Venues That Threaten Student Safety and the Educational Environment Immediately,” labeling off-track betting facilities as online gambling venues and claiming that “the Korea Racing Authority is completely ignoring its public duty to protect the environment around schools by focusing solely on the profits it gains from operating these gambling sites.”

Until now, the chair companies have been the Korea Racing Authority, Hanwha, and Samsung. The association was able to operate and hold competitions because they continued to provide funding. While 1.5 billion won may seem small, if that is paid annually, the company would need to be quite large. Although the Korea Racing Authority is a company related to horses. Samsung and Hanwha supported the project because the previous chairmen enjoyed horseback riding.

TEST008

It is true that the working conditions of the managers, whose early morning shifts have become routine, have worsened due to the prolonged implementation of sunset racing and maintenance racing. On the other hand, it is also true that the implementation plan was announced in advance, so everyone knows that Chuseok horse racing will take place.Although everyone knows that Chuseok horse racing will be held, the conflict over its implementation is unlikely to subside easily as each side remains at a standstill. They also insisted that the person leading the opposition committee is engaging in mob rule by disregarding the order of liberal democracy, and that left-wing groups that ignore laws and institutions must disappear.

test008

Right now,Samsung is supporting the association in its capacity, not for major competitions, but even that must be done by Samsung. If Samsung doesn't act, the equestrian world will struggle.Whether it was 1.5 billion or 1.6 billion won paid annually by the groups Samsung and Hanwha, or support provided for the association, there was a part of it that benefited the players. Since equestrianism does not receive government support, without corporate sponsorship, they cannot even compete and would find it difficult to participate in the Olympics.

test008

Most of them are like that. There are hardly any players who completely abandon school. I want to say that not all athletes in the sports specialized admissions track are like Jung Yoo ra.Most athletes begin their training with the ambition of winning medals at the Olympics and the Asian Games. It's not that I'm just going to go to college while riding horses.Students who compete while attending university pursue their dreams of definitely participating in the next Asian Games selection trials, balancing their studies and sports.

TEST008

It is truly wrong for the opposing side to present an exaggerated part of the past as if it were fact. In the 2000s, the horse racing industry developed further and had a positive impact on society, but it was all ignored. Both the leisure aspect of watching sports and its industrial effects were ignored. Some people argue, "Why hold horse races at off-track betting centers? Go to a racetrack (Let's Run Park) instead." However, a racetrack is a production facility equipped with various amenities, while an off-track betting center is the final consumer point of the horse racing industry, much like a local grocery store. I believe saying not to open such off-track betting facilities is the same as saying not to hold horse races.

test008

From the equestrian athletes’ perspective, such speculative reports are not favorable. The perception of equestrianism is already negative because of the Choi Soon-sil scandal, and speculative reports only deepen the misunderstanding that it has always been like that. It's not just about the equestrian in the article, is it.I hope that no innocent athletes' special admission students suffer because of Jung Yoo-ra. Most of the students have been active since they were young and still find time to exercise while attending school.

test008

How good is it for us to demand an apology from the president from the equestrian. I also fully understand the content of the press conference regarding the harm they suffered because of Choi Soon-sil. From their perspective, it must be incredibly unfair that Executive Director Park Won-oh came down to say something while the referee was watching and that they couldn't see the referee from then on.That's right. Not long ago, there was a Chairman's Cup equestrian competition in Sangju, and the Players' Association held a general meeting there.

TEST008

A Hanju resident opposing the opening did not hesitate to make remarks treating horse racing fans like criminals, saying, “Who would want to live in an area swarming with gamblers because of a gambling venue?”As a regular horse racing fan, I could only see the problem of portraying fellow fans as gamblers and potential criminals as serious. I believe that labeling horse racing fans as criminals is a greater crime and an abuse of power by a pressure group.Horse racing is an important industry that the state should promote. It should not be understood merely as betting, nor should the petty behavior of a tiny minority of fans be blown out of proportion. It is only partly due to the deep-rooted problems of some horse racing fans.

test008

If Samsung immediately steps down as chairman, how will the equestrian association be managed, and what will be done about next year’s competition? It makes no sense to demand Samsung's resignation without any countermeasures. It is a treatment that fails to consider our equestrian athletes and equestrians. What those people said at the press conference was as victims, not as representatives of all equestrians. That doesn't mean it's a consensus of all equestrians' opinions.

After watching the full video, I found some parts of the content that differed from our players’ views, so I requested an interview. I cannot agree with the part of the statement that tells Samsung and Hanwha to leave the equestrian world. I don't know if there are other concrete measures to address the equestrian association or its executives, but I disagree with responding to this situation emotionally without any plan. This is the part where they demanded the resignation of Samsung, the current chair company of the equestrian association.

During the Gyeongju horse racing trial, horses and their order are first drawn to assign them for the trial. Tutor Kwon Seung-joo and I were assigned the same horse, but I was assigned right after him. So, after watching Assistant Trainer Kwon take the practical exam, I thought it might help, and upon closer look, I realized his stirrup was too long.I tried to lengthen the stirrup by about two steps, but Trainer Kwon thought it wasn’t necessary since it was already long, so I kept riding as is—only to realize, oops, it couldn’t have been that short.

Above all, since the 2000s, our horse racing industry has developed and changed dramatically from the past. People from all walks of life need to work together to change the negative perception of horse racing. At the time, there was nothing for the people to enjoy. When I went to Ttukseom Racecourse, it left a strong mental impact on me. I have enjoyed various hobbies such as golf and Go, but I found both the act of horse racing and the process of reasoning in the game of horse racing fascinating. However, whether then or now, 90% of horse racing fans still play without any basic knowledge, clinging to outdated misconceptions and hoping for a windfall.

Even at the age of 83, he is still pounding the rice balls,he said, adding,As a rice cake maker, I also want to face life with a continuous learning attitude, just like my father. When asked about his impressions of Korean horse racing as a foreign groom, he said, Korean horse racing has a passionate spirit, adding,You can feel that not only fans but also those involved truly love and appreciate racehorses. I believe this is the driving force behind Korean horse racing," he replied. It was said that sharing and spreading are just as important as utilizing technology.

Since horse related events have rarely been held in Korea, this was a first for all of us, so there may have been some shortcomings. Still, I learned a lot, starting with myself and the contractor. The first time is hard, but since you’ve tried it, the next time will be easier. It is positive that the program compiles horse related content, from the Gyeonggi do Equestrian Competition to various symposiums and riding horse auctions. Due to venue constraints, it wasn't easy to hold the expo and equestrian competition together,

For example, if a riding horse auction had been held at Jangsu Ranch, which had the necessary facilities, things would have been much easier; these were all matters that required attention here. From the installation of yards and temporary stalls to managing the horses’ movement. Still, I think it was a major achievement that, for the first time in Korea, we set up such a large indoor pommel horse arena and offered a variety of performances, from horseback gymnastics to a pommel horse show, which received great enthusiasm.

Let's Run CCC Yongsan is a relocation and opening attempt by the Korea Racing Authority, which invested 120 billion won to build a facility and followed legal procedures in accordance with its three-year plan for over-the-road betting innovation. However, due to strong opposition from some residents and civic groups, the center failed to open last year, suffering huge losses, and after years of consecutive failures in the off-track betting business, it has been forced into a last-ditch stand with no room to retreat; if the Yongsan off-track betting center is closed, the foundation of the Korea Racing Authority could be shaken. Ultimately, the Korea Racing Authority pushed ahead with the four-month pilot program, stating that it would even shut it down if the problems raised by the opposition were to occur.
