Even though it wasn’t a part state, I think the juniors worked very hard and feel proud that, after going through Part 3 and becoming a Part 2 state, the status of Korean horse racing was elevated.What’s disappointing is that the horse racing industry itself has no connection to general society and has few related industries, so here I am an expert, but if I quit, there will be nothing left for me to do. Rehabilitation horseback riding needs to be promoted, but there are limitations, which is regrettable. Also, in my view, it is appropriate to introduce health insurance for therapeutic riding. Physical therapy is allowed, and it makes no sense that horseback riding rehabilitation through verbal instruction is not covered by health insurance. While preparing my master’s thesis, I learned for the first time that Italy has health insurance, but it is unfortunate that it is not yet available under our circumstances.
