Fresh yuk sashimi was also provided free of charge to customers. When the kitchen managers who handled cattle arrived, they passed on their know-how,saying,Just do as I do.All the yukhoe, yukhoe sashimi, and course meals served in the province now began with her hands. There was resistance. One customer, who had a strong aversion to horse meat, was a nuisance from the moment they entered the restaurant, saying,I don’t eat this kind of meat.Even though they served fresh, high quality meat and ran the restaurant cleanly, they were stubbornly defiant,as if the taboo had been passed down through generations.

Adults used to give horse meat even when they had a cold or were feeling unwell. I rented a restaurant and did about two months of market research. By the way I've been to a few places, but they had bad smells, served black meat, and the raw beef wasn't fresh. It tasted different from what I ate as a child. I felt that it had to be different for customers to come. I decided to try it for three years, thinking I could use fresh meat.Just as she insisted on using wild-caught sashimi, she stayed true to the basics. It was almost foolish. The principle is to serve fresh, high-quality horse meat to customers.

On September 13, I met CEO Ahn Hae-young near Baekma Garden, currently under construction in Wahyeol-ri, Jeju Island; she began a new life because of horses, and because of them, she became like a “haenyeo” of the horse industry, a vital source of livelihood. For her, it was a matter of making a living. More than 20 years ago, my husband had an accident and had to stay in the hospital for a long time. Life-or-death moments when she has to support her family in place of her husband. While taking care of him at the hospital, I started a sashimi restaurant nearby.

In Japan, 10 students are sent to Northern Farm for training each year. I really liked the Japanese ranch, so I applied through the on-site experience announcement after checking the website, and with the help of former Seoul Owners Association President Ji Dae seop and Northern Farm President, I was able to secure a position. Northern Farm is so interested in our students that they have spent 1 billion won separately to build a training center and invite them.In the United States, the pinnacle of private education is the equestrian program.

Because the age limit for the horse industry certification exam is 18, even those who are clearly capable are unable to take it. I have heard that parents have even filed complaints with the government’s grievance portal, demanding that the age limit be lowered to 18 from the moment students enroll. In the case of technical high schools, there is a need to transport machinery, so some are moving to lower the age limit to make a driver's license mandatory for enrolled students I've heard it.To cultivate future talent,

Other key innovation tasks include 'creating future value through business diversification' and 'strengthening capabilities as a leading company in social contribution.'The Korea Racing Authority’s final, third, and most focused public promise—the promotion of a Social Contribution Foundation—centers on "transforming into a national enterprise by strengthening social contribution activities" and "enhancing the expertise of social contribution through the participation of external experts and organizations."

While the facilities, infrastructure, and curriculum are top notch, I believe the quality of instruction has yet to improve in proportion to these outward developments. Since being designated as a Meister High School, students’ levels have risen, but I feel concerned that they are struggling during theory classes because practical lessons are being taught alongside them. This is also why we have increased the emphasis on basic physical fitness during the interview process for student selection starting this year.Honestly,I feel very sorry to the teachers.

Our school was once on the brink of closure, with only seven students per class, but by transitioning into a specialized high school, it established its foundation and is now recognized as an exemplary model of advanced education. The herd has grown from 25 to 71 horses compared to three years ago, and I handle everything from breeding to management myself. We have nearly doubled the number of teachers, sending them for training and helping them obtain various instructor certifications, so they are actively working as specialized educators.

Youth equestrianism must not lose sight of its essence as education.Currently, youth equestrian programs are more focused on competition than on education.I think it's enough to just go fast, even if it means not driving carefully. At competitions, coaches do not instruct players on how to hit accurately but instead say things like,Go quicklyor Turn. This is not education. When children are young, matches should include education rather than just determining first, second,or third place.Since the last Sangju Games, they have implemented the Standard Jumping Class,

If you compare it to a person, it has strong patience. What worries me and makes me fearful while teaching horses is that they might give up.If you give up on other things, no matter what a person tries,it won't work. After listening to the coach, I hesitated for a week, but in the end, I decided to change the discipline.
