In order for the agendas presented through the discussion to be applied to actual industries, it is necessary to analyze successful advanced overseas cases and ask for help from overseas experts if necessary. Looking at the successful case of France that we benchmarked, the central government led the way to control the industry collectively during the transition period, separate operation of specialized agencies under its jurisdiction, and establishment of various policies for each sector have achieved the results of rebuilding the entire industry. In particular, we systematized children's education to increase future consumption demand, and as a result, we succeeded in establishing a very satisfactory riding industry.

Since the enactment of the Industrial Promotion Act at the end of 2011, the horse industry has grown rapidly due to the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, but has gone through a transitional period in recent years. I think this time is not a recession but a period of leap forward. As we believe that the period of leap forward will soon enter the maturity period, we believe that what we need most is the training of professional manpower before going to the stage of stabilization. Now that I'm three years old, I'm wondering if I should run next year at the horserace. If not, I'm thinking about how it would be to retire and become a seed horse and crossbreed with the 'Triple Nine'. It's a volatile idea because it's a plan. I've only been seeing each other for 10 years now, but I think it's wrong to buy a seed horse from a foreign country at a high price so that the horses of a specific boomer can monopolize the race. I think it would be better to raise a horse like 'Triple Nine' in a policy manner in the horserace community. It's an unrealistic story, but I sometimes think about whether it would be okay to donate 'Triple Nine' to the horse community.

In particular, Jang Deok-ji, an expert in this field, is also serving as a visiting professor in the Department of Martha, as the university has to inherit and develop the history of Jeju horse culture. All related subjects related to the horse industry qualification test were included in the curriculum. I can't wait to see how the results will turn out. The average passing rate is not high, but I plan to prepare it when the semester begins in March to be higher than the average. There are many differences from 'Triple Nine', but I think the future of 'Malibu Sun' is also good and I'm thinking about following it. There used to be a mare called 'Dolphin Lady' and it became a mare after retirement. There were only three male horses crossed with 'Ecton Park', and the last one was 'Four Nines', 'Black Arrow' and the last one was 'Forever Young'. I did a driving test yesterday, and I don't know how it will be going forward. The Blue Flag, which is in the second division, is a very expensive horse that has studied in the U.S. for a year and participated in all major mare races, but my grades are not good yet. Production, fostering, and training of the horse industry are the "waists" of the horse industry.
