Executive Director Park worked in the fur and leather sectors, and I was in the transportation sector. I got acquainted with him as he transported a lot of fashion. While going their separate ways, I encountered various difficulties, so I wanted to work together to do something. So, in August 2015, instead of Modniye Dream, there was talk of creating a horse-riding brand that specializes in horseback riding and establishing a company specializing in horse-riding fashion. So, he established Penakova Korea. He took over all rights, including intellectual property rights related to horse-riding, that Modniye Dream had.
