For a general company, the purpose is profit, while for welfare, the purpose is to provide a welfare system. It refers to a form of enterprise that provides welfare services while pursuing profit as an intermediate stage. While general companies can simply distribute their retained earnings, social enterprises are structured to reinvest those earnings back into society. The dictionary definition of 'rehabilitation' refers to people with disabilities returning to their daily lives. Rehabilitation horseback riding is a form of rehabilitation through horseback riding.

I served as the personal secretary to former Chairman Hyun, who ran as a Grand National Party candidate for governor of Jeju in the 2006 local elections.Former Chairwoman Hyun and Jeon Young hae remarried after their divorce, and there is a 32-year age gap between them.Meanwhile, former chairman Hyun also stood with his ex-wife,

He said he had no desire for reappointment, but also believed that it was the right thing to leave while others were applauding. As for the reason for his hasty retirement, he said,I heard that some employees had submitted a smear letter against the chairman,so I decided there was no need to wait for a successor, adding,I had worked selflessly for three years, hoping only for the Korea Racing Authority’s success, so hearing that was deeply hurtful.” I said that I didn't want to go to the Korea Racing Authority anymore

Forestry and Fisheries, unlike typical 'parachute' appointments, he is well-versed in agricultural and rural policy, leading to high expectations that he will help develop the horse industry as a sixth-sector industry and a beacon for agriculture and rural areas, while serving as a close link between the ministry and the Korea Racing Authority. The horse racing industry is eager not only for the revival of online betting, which former chairman Hyun Myung-kwan failed to achieve,

Although there is now a separate public relations team within the spokesperson’s office, even in rotational assignments, its staff have thoroughly completed basic training, including training for National Institute of the Korean Language dispatches and media response, earning praise from the press corps. The director’s weekly work plans are disclosed transparently, and the quality and quantity of press releases are the highest among any government ministry or affiliated agency. The photos, content, and material are rich, and the website is well maintained.

By examining his previous experience at the Rural Development Administration and the projects he has led, one can cautiously anticipate what will change after Lee Yang-ho assumes the presidency of the Korea Racing Authority. First, we can expect a commitment to action and a focus on the field rather than just words. Especially at a time when R&D in the equine industry is crucial, the institute’s advocacy for the scientific advancement of agriculture and encouragement of related research suggest that the current 'necessary evil' state of the equine industry research institute and research culture may be being readjusted.

The Rural Development Administration is credited with achieving such diverse results thanks to Lee Yang-ho’s extensive experience and philosophy in agriculture and rural affairs, which is research- and field-oriented, perfectly aligning with the agency’s work. It is also worth noting that through the Competency Development Division, the administration has contributed to demonstrating its capabilities both internally and externally by focusing on in-house training. In the 2013 Public Officials Education and Training Evaluation,

Practical training was provided to 300,000 farmers nationwide, and the 'Agricultural and Food Export Technology Support Headquarters' was launched to address challenges faced in the export field. In addition to a series of on-site special events such as a rice planting contest, mobile comprehensive livestock consultations, and the talk concert 'Nongshim Sympathy,' the city also began developing technology to recycle agricultural and food by-products into animal feed.Instead of rushing organizational restructuring or biased personnel appointments,

With his inauguration, the Rural Development Administration began to undergo a dramatic transformation.Through its 2014 business plan, it declared an operation centered on the field, customers, and policy, emphasizing the need for passion, determination, a sense of mission, and sincerity for the advancement of agriculture and rural areas. On the morning of March 18, 2013, during his inauguration ceremony at the Rural Development Administration auditorium, he urged,To create a hopeful agriculture and a happy rural community, let us break down barriers and unite our capabilities through open and informal communication with farmers’organizations, schools at all levels, and agricultural industries. In his inaugural address, he emphasized the need to revitalize rural areas and address agricultural challenges such as increasing farmers’ income in the era of liberalization marked by FTAs,

He stressed integration and cooperation by removing barriers among institutions, departments, and organizations involved in the dissemination and practical application of agriculture-related scientific and technological advancements developed through focused research and development, which are desired by farmers and consumers, and called for staff unity and communication to transform the ministry into an organization trusted by the public. He also emphasized,There are often times when we do what we can rather than what the customers truly need,

Lee Yang-ho, the newly appointed chairman-designate of the Korea Racing Authority, who served as director of the Planning and Coordination Office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs from February 2012 to March of the following year, was appointed as the 25th head of the Rural Development Administration in March 2013 and served a long-term term of three and a half years until August of this year. Although it was his first assignment as head of an agency at the center of agricultural policy, Lee Yang-ho, then head of the Rural Development Administration,

Ironically, he, who was the first head of the Rural Development Administration under the Park Geun Hye, was appointed as the new chairman of the Korea Racing Authority at the same time the current government was voted for impeachment. In particular, unlike former chairman Hyun Myung-kwan, who was a businessman focused on 'performance' and 'organizational management,' Lee Yang-ho is a former bureaucrat well-versed in agricultural and rural policy, which raises high expectations for the new chairman of the Korea Racing Authority.

Of course, it won't be easy. My dream is, of course, to have a long career as a jockey. I don't feel a strong need to become a trainer; I just want to stay in the field for a long time without getting injured.2016 seemed to be a particularly lucky year. I had a great year meeting the Samgwan horse, the 'Power Blade." I am also grateful to Majo and the trainer for giving me this great opportunity. No matter how hard I work, there will be times when I appear favorable to horse racing fans and times when I don't.

My company also suggested that I try a different atmosphere by moving to Seoul, so I ended up relocating. It’s been about a month now, and it’s fun. The first two weeks were tough because my body hadn’t adjusted. But now I’ve gotten used to it, so it’s fine. From my perspective, it seems to have more advantages than disadvantages. If there’s a downside, it’s that I earn a bit less than in Busan and I can’t see my family as often. After all, the mental burden is lighter than with Pukyong. I am currently satisfied with my life in Seoul.

Kim Young kwan is also one of the best trainers, I heard a lot of criticism. It's the 19th class, and if you meet the 19th class in a race, they'll go easy on you, and so on. The Majuna trainers didn’t say it directly, but I heard it indirectly. Actually, it's not me. If I didn't have a 19-jo horse and the opponent had one, I really wanted to win and tried my best to do so. But in the end, they often lost to the 19th group. So I was misunderstood a lot. Tell Trainer Kim Young kwan that I’ll win too. I said I was confident I could win,

I thought that maybe I should have different skills to get more riding. So I started creating my own skills using a whip. I changed the whipping. They created something called the 'whirlwind whip' that was incredibly powerful and striking. While others hit repeatedly with one strike, the whirlwind whip is a technique of striking while rotating the arm. Every horse that ran performed well. Both the popular horses and the less popular ones have improved their performances to some extent. By showing that he handled things firmly, he rose rapidly and his popularity grew.

After two years since my debut, I completed my probationary period and went to the military. I won 45 games in my rookie year and served two years in the military. I returned in 2009 and raced for five months. I didn't ride much in 2009, but my results were good in 2010. I changed teams, and my grades have been improving since 2010, but I got involved in something related to horse racing that was bad. When I returned after a year off, I worked even harder, worried that people might view me negatively for the parts of my past where I had committed wrongdoings.

Every year during the race, there were always one or two horses that were competitive and of similar level. And also in the latter part, during the “Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Cup,” some horses suddenly gained strength and produced good horses. Last year, there were no clear opponents for Power Blade. At least there was 'Ottok-Ottuk-i' in the same group, but it was a sprint horse. The biggest turning point is the KRA Cup Mile. There was a difference between being able to win and not. At that time, his condition was very poor. We won even in a poor state.

Since the university didn't suit me, and when I turned 23, the age when I had to work, I decided I should start working. But he wasn't confident. Being small and uneducated, I suddenly remembered what the owner had told me when I worked part-time at a PC bang. I started looking up the job of a jockey on the internet. I happened to come across the Fisheries Cooperative Association's website. It was around November 2003, and I hurriedly prepared for recruitment in early the following year. Though I didn’t look into it at the time, the owner recommended it,

He broke the dominance of jockey Moon Se-young, who had played a part in Power Blade’s rise to the overall Triple Crown and had won the Best Jockey award for five consecutive years. He had a spectacular debut in 2006, winning 23 games, and in 2012 set a new record for most wins in a single season by achieving 91 victories. Starting this year, as she moved her racing activities from LetsRun Park Pukyong to Seoul, a rivalry match with jockey Moon Se-young has also attracted the attention of horse racing fans. We spoke with jockey Kim Yong-geun,

From their perspective, it must be incredibly unfair that Executive Director Park Won-oh came down to say something while the referee was watching and that they couldn't see the referee from then on.That's right. Not long ago, there was a Chairman's Cup equestrian competition in Sangju, and the Players' Association held a general meeting there. I briefed the athletes on the contents of a press conference held at the National Assembly and discussed how the Players’ Association would respond. We decided to watch the press conference video, correct only the mistakes,

You can improve even more through exercise.Horseback riding is often seen as an imperial or elite sport, but before that, it was an industry based on agriculture. Through therapeutic horseback riding, you can become friends with a horse and receive healing. And only therapeutic horseback riding can develop. It is an undeniable fact that therapeutic riding is built upon the development of equestrianism. For therapeutic horseback riding to become widespread, horseback riding itself must be popularized. Improved accessibility to riding facilities

Since the Korea Racing Authority provides therapeutic riding as a free service, there are cases where the service providers end up in a dominant position; they need to listen more to voices from the field and focus on training experts. Also, don't try to choose people only from the horses' side. There is also a need to bring external experts, such as physical therapy specialists, into the horse industry. There is clearly a budget for therapeutic horseback riding, and it is being spent, but local governments and related agencies tend not to be experts in equine care,
