Every semester, there is a two-week experiential horse riding at the Korean Horse Racing Academy. The Korean Horse Racing Association seems to be not interested in gathering corporate CEOs and opinion leaders who can sufficiently play the role of the spearhead of horse riding. I am not an expert or worker in the horse industry, but I listened carefully while I was conducting the CEO course while listening to special lectures from outside experts in the horse industry. It would be embarrassing to say that I am a quasi-professional. As I went around the field as a teaching professor so that students can take horseback riding classes safely and properly, I learned it little by little. Just as entrepreneurs contributed to vitalizing golf, entrepreneurs must lead in order to vitalize the horseback riding consumption culture. It is regrettable that the horse industry is not interested in the CEO course of equestrian culture, which consists of such opinion leaders.
