A Houghtons "Duchess" Half Plate camera - my latest restoration project

The Duchess folds down remarkably compactly, and is quite light weight yet still rigid in use.

The camera opens & closes easily, the lens board holder/bellows swiveling in the front standard.

There is plenty of front and rear tilt, and sufficient rise and fall for most uses, a small amount of rear swing is possible.
