IT-6 Ilford Ferricyanide-iron Toner
For Blue tones.

Stock A - Ferricyanide solution   Caution
Potassium Ferricyanide 2 g Dissolve the Ferricyanide first then
Sulphuric Acid (conc) 4 ml dilute the acid slowly by adding it to
Water to 1 litre the water drop by drop.
     
Stock B - Iron Solution   Caution
Ferric ammonium citrate 2 g as above
Sulphuric Acid (conc) 4 ml  
Water to 1 litre  
     
To Use: I part A + 1 part B just before use, has a short tray life.  
   
Prints should be slightly lighter as they increase density in the toner.
Wash well after toning to remove the yellow stain, if the blue tone bleaches durring washing accidify the wash wate slightly.
 

Print - Ilford Multigrade, developed in ID62 and toned selectively in IT-1, IT-4 and IT-6.
Skin & hair etc IT-1, skin IT-4, denim IT-6, eyes, lips, jewellery hand coloured.
